i5 CPU BUS Speed

My Win10 DeskTop has an i CPU and 8. GB of DDR4. Memory.

If I am Right DDR4. Runs at 800 MHz to 1,600 MHz iis this Right?

Now the System will only Run as Fast as the Front/Side BUS.

So how can I Tell how Fast My System BUS is?
