Bit of a strange question here and have been unable to find a solution elsewhere. I have just reformatted my PC and have Windows 7 Ultimate installed inc SP1. I have noticed however that my system is only recognizing 4.00GB of the 6 installed (Tri Slot 3 x 2.00). Before the format it was all recognized.
I have since noticed that if I update my BIOS to the latest version the PC WILL recognize all the RAM... HOWEVER I then get 2x restarts of a few seconds each before the system decides to Boot....
